The Eccellenza encompasses five main projects designed to address different research questions pertaining to physicians’ emotions and wellbeing, as well as about the role of emotions in communication. These projects were developed with a keen focus on involving key stakeholder groups in order to achieve a comprehensive and nuanced understanding of the subject matter. By considering the perspectives and insights of these stakeholders, our aim is to obtain a broad and profound comprehension about the role of emotions in medical communication, thereby enhancing the impact and relevance of our research.
